KRMC is pleased to announce that Sandy Labib, an associate in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights Department, was called to the Bar of British Columbia on March 5, 2025. Sandy is now a multi-bar lawyer licensed in both Ontario and British Columbia. Congratulations Sandy!

KRMC is pleased to announce that for the second time it received FCT’s Certificate of Excellence in recognition of the firm’s ongoing work to protect its clients from financial losses sustained from title defects, fraud, liens, and other matters that affect ownership to a property by utilizing title insurance.

KRMC is pleased to announce that Mehrnaz Asad has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights Department. Mehrnaz was called to the bar in 2021. She holds a JD degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Shiraz. She previously worked at a firm in Markham in commercial litigation. Welcome to the firm Mehrnaz!

Delara, Maneetpal should be familiar faces to some as they were our 2L Summer Law Students last year. Fabiana was working with the Creditors’ Rights department as a Law Clerk for 3 years before transitioning to her new role as an Articling Student!
