Practice Areas

Natalie practices family law with a view to exceeding expectations of clients. She routinely negotiates and drafts domestic contracts, including cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements. Her practice involves helping clients resolve the issues of property division, divorce, child and spousal support, custody and access. She also provides advice in relation to step-parent adoptions.

Natalie puts clients at ease by ensuring they understand their legal rights and their dispute resolution process options from the outset of the matter. She has strong litigation skills and significant experience advocating for her clients at various provincial and superior court locations across Ontario.

Natalie has also been a certified collaborative family lawyer since 2011. She offers collaboration to her clients as an alternative dispute resolution process which enables them to maintain control over the outcome of their family law matter and empowers the participants to work together to craft the best possible agreement to suit their family's particular circumstances.
