Biography
Raha was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2024. She is an associate lawyer in the Creditors’ Rights Law Group, focusing her practice on litigation and legal remedies for debt collection and enforcement, including mortgage defaults. She represents major financial institutions in all aspects of debt recovery, and appears before the Ontario courts for motions, applications, and trials.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and her Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.
Raha is fluent in Farsi, and Turkish and has working proficiency in German.
