Cara’s practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on banking and fraud related matters. Cara joined KRMC as an associate after being called to the Ontario Bar in June, 2018. She previously summered and articled at the firm. During her articles, Cara regularly appeared at Small Claims Courts and at the Superior Court of Justice to represent the firm’s clients at motions, and other hearings.

While in law school, Cara volunteered with the University of Windsor’s Community Legal Aid and Pro Bono Students of Canada’s Family Law Project. After her first year of law school, Cara attended Monash University’s Prato, Italy campus for a course on Comparative Dispute Resolution. She also completed a Judicial Internship in her final year of law school at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor, Ontario.

Cara obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, after earning her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
