Jessica Suzette Parise

Jessica began her career at a law firm on Bay St. and practiced criminal defence and civil litigation with a focus on complex fraud litigation. Her practice encompassed the intersection of criminal and civil litigation where clients faced parallel court proceedings arising from the same allegations. Notably, she acted as co-counsel in one of the highest alleged fraud cases in Canadian history. Additionally, Jessica has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.

Jessica joined KRMC in 2021 and is a member of the Fraud and Litigation Banking Group, where she represents a number of financial institutions and corporations in banking and fraud related matters. She assists clients with allegations, including but not limited to fraud, conversion, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty and a variety of disputes arising from banker-client relationships.
