Cody Miller

Cody practices civil litigation in KRMC’s Creditors’ Rights practice group. Cody regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice. Cody’s portfolio includes chartered banks and vehicle financing companies.

Cody graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a specialization in Finance from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. While in law school, Cody volunteered and worked at Downtown Legal Services as a caseworker and division leader in the Tenant Housing Law group where he gained experience in matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. Cody was awarded Best Appellant Factum in the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot, and had his paper on corporate compliance cited in Profiting from Risk Management and Compliance by Kenneth Jull and Justice Todd Archibald.

Cody was an Articling Student with KRMC.
