Barnet Goldberg

Barnet Goldberg is an associate lawyer in the Business Law Group at KRMC. Barnet offers extensive experience working on complex transactions in a wide range of industry sectors. His practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law, transactional matters and commercial leasing. He draws on over 30 years of legal and business experience through which he has developed a keen awareness and understanding of business law issues. This has enabled Barnet to provide business owners with practical, strategic and valuable legal advice. His goal is to protect the business and legal rights of his clients in order to help them succeed. He holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Before attending law school, Barnet obtained a bachelor of commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal
