Rebecca’s practice is focused on the litigation of commercial disputes and pursuing legal remedies for the collection and enforcement of debts on behalf of major financial institutions and the financing and leasing divisions of automotive and equipment companies, among others. She regularly appears before the Ontario courts for motions, applications, and trials.
Rebecca articled at the downtown Toronto office of an international law firm. Following her call to the bar, she worked as in-house litigation counsel for a privately-owned real estate company, managing a portfolio of over 100 commercial tenants. Rebecca joined KRMC in 2021.
Rebecca obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. She graduated on Dean’s Honour List and earned the highest standing in her Secured Transactions course. She obtained her M.A. in English Literature from University College London, and her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Ottawa.
Rebecca is fluent in French.
