Jules is a founding partner of KRMC and has been with the firm since 1972.

His practice is focused on business law and estate planning and administration.  Jules has over 40 years of experience in counselling businesses; assisting private companies with succession planning; preparing wills, trusts and powers of attorney; and assisting in the administration of estates.

Jules was awarded the honour of being appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1981.

Jules acts as pro bono counsel and sits on the board of numerous charitable organizations, particularly in the Jewish community.  He is legal counsel to State of Israel Bonds in Canada; a board member of Gabbai Knesseth Israel Synagogue (Junction Shule) Toronto;  a member of the board of governors of B’Nai Brith Canada;  a board member of the B’Nai Brith League for Human Rights;  a member of the Community Relations Committee of the Canadian Jewish Congress; and a member of the National Jewish Advisory Board of Scouts Canada.
