Dov Tal

Dov practices in the firm’s Real Estate department, where he assists buyers, sellers, financial institutions, corporations, landlords and tenants with a wide range of real estate and business matters. Dov frequently advises and represents clients regarding Purchase and Sale Transactions, Financing Transactions, Real Estate Agreements, Commercial Leasing and Mortgage Enforcement.

Dov has been called to the Bar in South Africa and Canada. Dov graduated from the University of South Africa in 1996 and was called to the Bar of South Africa in 1997. After Dov’s call to the Bar, Dov worked in private practice focusing on real estate and business law. Thereafter, Dov proceeded to work as an in-house lawyer with one of South Africa’s prominent insurers, where he routinely provided legal advice covering a wide range of real estate, business and insurance matters.

In Canada, Dov was called to the Bar in 2003 and established the law firm of Dov Tal in 2004. Prior to joining KRMC, Dov assisted individuals and corporations with real estate, business, employment and estate matters.

Dov is fluent in Hebrew.
