Mehrnaz Asad

Mehrnaz is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights department, where she represents major financial institutions in all aspects of debt recovery, mortgage enforcement, and banking litigation.

Prior to joining KRMC, Mehrnaz practiced civil litigation at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Markham, where she gained extensive experience handling a broad range of disputes, including contractual, real estate, and employment-related matters. Her litigation background equips her with the skills to effectively represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Mehrnaz earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and also holds a law degree from the University of Shiraz in Iran.

She is fluent in Farsi.
