Jack A. Rotsztain

Jack is a senior partner of KRMC and has been with the firm since his call to the Bar in 1975.  He serves as a member of the Executive Committee responsible for managing the firm.  Jack brings a depth of understanding and over 35 years of experience to his practice in the areas of business law, real estate and leasing law, and wills, estates and trust law.

Jack advises clients across a variety of industries.  His business clients include several large national and multi-national pharmaceutical corporations, commercial landlords, construction companies, manufacturers, and many owner-operated businesses.  Jack assists businesses with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including purchase and sale transactions, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, and commercial financing transactions.

Jack also provides personal legal services in the areas of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, estate administration, and residential real estate transactions.
