KRMC has developed a great deal of expertise with respect to collection and mortgage enforcement matters. Our Creditors’ Rights Department was established approximately twenty-four years ago and at present consists of ten lawyers, four secretaries and over twenty clerks. We act for many financial institutions, real estate companies, trust companies, credit unions, finance companies, corporations, leasing companies, etc. in relation to any collection related matters that they may have. This includes enforcing upon promissory notes, chattel mortgages, conditional sales contracts, motor vehicle leases, commercial leases, mortgages, guaranties, credit cards, defaults under contracts, consumer and commercial frauds and contracts for goods sold and delivered.

Over the past twenty-four years, we have developed a significant expertise in debt collection and mortgage enforcement. We have developed a specialized, efficient, cost-effective and experienced Creditors’ Rights Department. We treat debt collections as a unique type of litigation which requires a specific approach which we have been able to develop and fine tune.
