Litigation Department- Administrative Assistant- Small Claims Court-Full-Time Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our talented team in the Small Claims Court division of our Creditors' Rights practice group and to provide support with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Opening files
  • Billings and accounts
  • Preparing general correspondence
  • Scanning, uploading, printing and filing
  • Other administrative duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of similar administrative experience considered an asset
  • College Diploma/University Degree in a relevant field
  • Exceptional computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office)
  • The ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
  • The ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable, with an excellent attendance history
  • Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team

A satisfactory criminal records check will be required from the selected candidate as a condition of employment.
